This NYE we celebrate our 8th year as Belterra Casino’s event photographers! We always have an amazing time photographing events for them. NYE is one of our biggest photo and video jobs of the year. We shoot basically property wide with a total of three giant balloon drops happening at different parts of the property. Because of this, I use lots of automated cameras, both for stills as well as for video. I also rig studio lighting throughout the property so that we can slip in and out of various areas quickly. This allows us to just start shooting without moving gear around etc… A total of 14 strobes were used this year.
